Cottage King Suite

Facing Shinnecock Bay, the Cottage King Suite is a one bedroom that sleeps three with a king bed dressed with soft plush sheets and a futon single sleeper. From your living room, step outside your deck overlooking the pool to enjoy your coffee during the sunrise or unwind at sunset. Prepare meals in your fully equipped kitchenette or grill out on your private additional side patio with picnic table and grill. Wash off from the beach in its large bathroom in either the separate standing shower or relax and soak in the double person tub. This suite features a Samsung Smart TV in the bedroom and a flat screen TV in the living room perfect for streaming, full kitchenette and living area combo. Bathrobes and slippers provided.

Cottage King Room 18 can be adjoined by Cottage King Suite 19 to sleep up to 5 guests.

Two Bedroom Suite with Balcony

Spacious and view of the total property and out to Shinnecock Bay. Our Deluxe Two Bedroom Suite is located upstairs and perfect for families or large groups. This two bedroom sleeps six with a tub/shower combo. The master features a queen bed dressed with soft plush sheets and Samsung Smart TV. Here, you can enjoy your coffee on its private balcony during the sunrise or sit outside and relax at sunset. The second bedroom sleeps two in twin beds, also dressed with soft plush sheets with Fire TV for enjoyment. Gather and play board games or stream movies in the living room with kitchenette. For additional guests, extra bedding can be provided for both futon single sleepers.
